Stunning setting, beautiful hotel, excellent food, friendly staff, refreshing aperitif.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The parking service was convenient and the transportation from the parking to the hotel was seamless. The location in the picturesque old citadel was perfect, as we were just a short distance away from all the main attractions. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The hotel offers a stunning location with beautiful views of the castle towers from the main garden. The room was spacious and well-appointed with plush amenities, including a coffee machine and marble bathroom. The breakfast on the terrace was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The friendly and helpful staff ensured a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

There were minor issues with the service in some of the hotel's owned restaurants, where the staff seemed neglectful and the service was slow.

It's a great spot to enjoy a full body massage or beauty treatment while enjoying the sun terrace.

Although this hotel is perfect for those who want to relax and unwind, one minor issue was that the breakfast was a bit expensive. While the buffet breakfast was extensive, it was a bit pricey.

Magnificent stay at Hotel De La Cite! We stayed in the Villa, a spacious annexe with lovely views of Jardin Le Eveque. The staff promptly resolved any issues we had and the breakfast was the best we've had in France. Special thanks to Edwige at reception for making our holiday brilliant. highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with easy access to the historic city and a great atmosphere throughout. Nearby restaurants like La Barbacane offer amazing dining experiences near the old town center. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plush bathrooms and superb beds. Guests can also enjoy the lovely garden and pool area, perfect for relaxing with drinks from the bar.

Great location within the citadel walls, offering undisturbed sleep. Excellent service, with special touches like complimentary champagne for special occasions. the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food.

There was a bit of a mix-up with assigning tables for breakfast, which led to some confusion and embarrassment. the staff didn't handle the situation very well and there was no apology given.

This hotel is an ideal venue for a luxury escape. the atmosphere is exclusive and refined, with opulent and modern facilities to match. the outdoor pool and spa lounge area are a haven, providing ultimate relaxation after a busy day exploring. the massage we received was first class and a truly unforgettable experience.

Although the high-end service was generally prompt and efficient, we had to wait a while for our dinner to arrive. the food was delicious, but a minor issue arose with the dessert, as an ingredient had been forgotten.
